Customers will frequently be asked to submit the wDiagnostic when requesting technical support, so this is a very useful tool in wMobile.

  • How to run the diagnostic and review what information is included
  • How to use the SEND option to submit the diagnostic to the wMobile support team
  • How to manually submit the diagnostic and logs to the wMobile technical support team if security settings on your server don’t allow direct submission
