Salesfusion has implemented a live chat support (beta) for customers to utilize for their questions and technical issues as they use the platform.
Now clients will have three methods of contacting technical support: phone call, email, and now live chat support. The current implementation of Salesfusion's live chat support while it's in beta is as follows:
Access to the live chat support will be available only in Salesfusion's knowledge base during the beta phase; located in the bottom right corner of the knowledgebase.
live chat support will be available between 9AM - 6PM Eastern Time Zone during the beta phase
The live chat support will be in beta for a few months while Salesfusion analysis the use and effectiveness that it serves to customers. Once beta ends, Salesfusion's goal will be to implement live chat into the application for better convenience to the clients.
