Features Launching in Q1

Olympus Infrastructure

We understand reliability means peace of mind.  As a marketer, you expect that regardless of volume. From campaigns of just a few thousand to a few million, your software needs to be able to respond quickly.

Salesfusion has rearchitected its platform from the ground up to scale to any size campaign. Olympus, the new scalable, modular, and flexible automation framework will handle all campaign processing, responding to traffic spikes by automatically adding horsepower to handle the workload.  We’ve also completely re-engineered data warehousing and analytics platforms to handle as many bits and bytes you want to analyze.  Rolling out throughout Q1 of 2018, Olympus is prepared to handle exponential growth for all customers, providing a rock-solid framework to handle even the most intense marketing efforts.

CRM Integrations

Your CRM is the center of your marketing world. Salesfusion’s 7 native integrations with the leading CRMs - Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, Bullhorn, NetSuite, Sage, and Sugar - already lead the market.

But Salesfusion's not resting on laurels.  They're expanding the native integrations to offer:

  • Campaign object integration for Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and Infor, so you can get a complete picture of all your marketing efforts.
  • Richer and more complete integration with Bullhorn CRM, the leading staffing and recruiting suite.

Chat Support

What’s better than having help a phone call away?  Instant help from Salesfusion experts!  Clients will now have three channels of contacting technical support to answer questions and technical issues while using the platform:  Email, Phone, and introducing online Chat.

Located within the Salesfusion application on most pages, Chat will be available between 10AM - 7AM Eastern Monday through Friday when it launches, providing instant answers to pressing Salesfusion questions.

Features Launching in Q2

Salesfusion 12 isn’t the end, it’s just the beginning.  A slate of new features are on their way throughout the first half of 2018, including:

  • Account View, reshaping your account-based marketing (ABM) efforts to facilitate better insights and account actions.
  • Response Prospector, leveraging machine learning and artificial intelligence to find new leads and keep your database up to date.
  • Updated REST API, crafting new ways to integrate directly to Salesfusion’s platform.
