WebEx Webinar: Remove Password Requirement for Lockdown Site Accounts

Act-on provides a native integration with Cisco Webinar that allows users to create webinar events directly from Act-On so all registrants can be added to a list in act-on as soon as they sign up. Webex announced that as of January 10th, 2020 all webinar events will be password protected, with the exception of accounts that are "Lockdown Sites". Act-On has removed the password requirement for Single or MultiSession webinars.

Login Button now Disabled when Connecting a CRM

Act-On sends a confirmation message via email to the users of an account when the CRM for that account is connected. Previously, when connecting to a CRM by clicking on the Log In button, there was no feedback to indicate to the user that the connection was triggered. As a result, the user can click the same button multiple times. Each click resulted in a connection being created and an email is sent for each attempt. Now the login button is disabled while the request to login is in progress.
