Add DIV Heading Style to Text Editor

A “DIV”  option has been added back to the pre-configured formats drop-down accessible from the text editor toolbar.

Opt-Out Link in Text Editor

Act-On added back the opt-out link feature to the text editor.


Salesforce CRM Sync Does Not Transfer Notes

An issue has been where the lead/contact record in the CRM was not getting updated with a note indicating that the lead/contact was sent an email from Act-On

“Push to Salesforce” Pop-up Windows Not Activating

A problem has been fixed in which occurred when configuring a segment's push fields for Salesforce or Netsuite, and the pop-up failed to display.

Forms & Media Report Data Missing

Act-On had an issue in where the  Forms and Media summary report did not have any data for May but had data for other months. This problem has been fixed.

Slow Load Time for Beacon Settings Page

Act-On resolved a problem with slow load times for the Beacon Settings page.

Website Visitor Report Data Missing

Act-On fixed an issue with the Website Visitor Report which resulted in missing data.

Sent Messages Report: Survey Participants Are Not Color Coded in the PDF Export

Act-On resolved an issue which occurred when Print button and save the Sent Messages report as a PDF document. The Survey Participants section comes up with a list of contacts but the Response squares were not color coded. This has been resolved.

Sent Message Report “did Not Open” Count Does Not Match Underlying Report

This issue resulted in a mis-match between report counts for the “did not open” metric. Act-On resolved the issue.

Triggered Messages Rollup Report is Not Sent

A problem that resulted in customers not receiving the triggered messages rollup report has been fixed.

DataStudio Exports Fail When a Child Account is Removed From a Parent Account

An issue  which caused DataStudio reports to fail if a sub-account was removed, but remained active has been fixed.
