Announcements data removed from Competitors

On January 1, 2017, ended their service that allows pulling competitive website data into Act-On. Due to this discontinuation, Act-On has now removed the column for data on the Competitors page. The interface will now be updated to make the Alexa data more prominently featured. Act-On is currently reviewing reliable sources as options to replace the data. Keep an eye on the release notes for further updates.

New Features

Integrate with Microsoft Dynamics 365

Sync data from your Dynamics 365

For customers using the new Dynamics 365 version of Microsoft’s Dynamics CRM, Act-On’s integration with Dynamics has been expanded to support this new version. Joint customers can now connect, sync and display the Act-On sales tools within Dynamics 365 just like the prior versions of Dynamics. Setting up a sync with Dynamics 365 follows the same process and steps as with previous versions.


Field columns added to message roll-up report

Enable more complete roll-up reports with new campaign fields

Campaign ID, Campaign Name, and Message ID fields have been added to appear in the first columns of the message roll-up report. If more than one Campaign is associated with a message, each of those Campaign IDs and Campaign Names will appear in their respective fields, separated by newlines.

Please Note: If you currently have formulas, custom code, etc. set up to parse your downloaded reports, they may be affected by the shift in columns and require adjustments to remain accurate.
