This issue occurred when using Act-On Email social share icons. Previously, the title of a LinkedIn post which was generated by clicking on the LinkedIn share button in an Act-On email was shown as the internal name of the email rather. Now, the title of the LinkedIn post is the subject line of the email.
This issue occurred in the Social Publish feature. When customers were publishing social posts, they noticed that the social post content does not match the content that was entered into Act-On. Specifically, facebook images did not appear, twitter descriptions were duplicated, and LinkedIn descriptions did not appear. facebook, twitter, and LinkedIn posts now match the content that was entered into Act-On.
When initially viewing the Sent Messages page, the message count in the Sent column would show a zero for a short amount of time before showing the actual count. For large sends the sent count would show as zero for several seconds, making it appear as if no messages had been sent. There is now a loading animation which indicates that the sent message count is loading. Previously, the count would appear as zero and then change the actual count.
When a Sales user logged into Act-On, they were unable to see sent messages in the Sent Messages report. The Sent Messages report now shows the number of sent messages for Sales users.
When a logo was added to the Branding page via a URL, the image editor did not fully load. Customers now see an error message when attempting to edit externally hosted logos.
When using Internet Explorer 11, customers would see an error when attempting to edit an image. Customers using Internet Explorer 11 can now edit images in the Media Library.
The BigStock API was deprecated by BigStock and is no longer available to customers within the Act-On application.
