A checkbox has been added that is required to be selected before submitting a custom marketing domain. The text next to the checkbox reads: “I have already completed the [necessary steps outlined in Act-On Connect]” There is also a link to a Knowledge Base article.
Customers using Act-On's SalesSeat and Netsuite's Token Based Authentication should not see any issues due to this Netsuite change. However, customers still using their logins (username/password) for the connected accounts after July will have issues with the connector. They are urged to use Token Based Authentication to connect to Netsuite. Act-On resolved some issues with printing the Contact Report in Firefox and IE11
Opening an account Report and clicking on the Timeline tab previously presented all behaviors in reverse chronological order but ordered first by contact. As a result, the site displayed all the behaviors for one contact, followed by all the behaviors for the next and so on rather than a time ordered set of behaviors. Customers were unable to easily identify multiple behaviors from multiple individuals in an account that happened at a similar time. Act-On has resolved the issue and the report is now reverse chronological and not ordered by contact.
