Act-On New Features and Upgrades for December 19, 2018

Released on December 19th, 2018

Enhancements

Netsuite connector updated to comply with 2-Factor Authentication requirements

In order to support Netsuite accounts with 2-factor authentication (requires NetSuite login) enabled, as will be required for all customers as of their 2019.1 release, Act-On has updated out integration to utilize Token-Based Authentication rather than Inbound SSO. Netsuite users connected to Act-On may now enable token-based authentication (requires NetSuite login) in Netsuite and reconnect to Act-On using the new authentication method. These steps must be taken prior to Netsuite release 2019.1 in order to maintain a functional connection.
