The bank wanted to deploy modern sales opportunity management in traditional banking departments such as commercial lending and mortgage banking. In the course of this deployment, W-Systems implemented our proprietary wMaps solution for Sugar which visualizes any CRM data on Microsoft Bing Maps.
Because of this solution, the bank was able to see information in a new dimension. They could see where new business was coming from, where bankers were interacting with clients, areas with heavy call volume and geographic views of account deposit information. The bank felt that deploying a modern web-based CRM system was a great improvement from being solely depending on rigid legacy banking technology.
