Sugar-Based Call Center with Bing Maps and Twilio

W-Systems built a Sugar based call center platform for a large regional medical services organization with many locations in the eastern United States. The call center handles incoming calls requesting an appointment.

The Sugar system can geocode the incoming call on the fly to assist the identification of the closed facility and automatically sends text message confirmations to the caller with details and directions for their booked appointment. W-Systems used custom integration to Bing Maps for geocoding and Twilio SMS API’s for text messaging automation.
