Sales Meeting Preparation with Sugar

For a mid-size ingredient and flavoring company, W-Systems worked with the client to configure Sugar with a detailed sales meeting planner. Such customer meetings are important events for the company, and the company wished to systematize a process where sales representatives planned the meeting agenda carefully.

In the system, the company sales representative would document a detailed meeting agenda which included which customer applications and possible ingredients would be discussed. The meeting agenda would be sent to the client in advance, and the sales representative would complete the agenda with followup actions, samples to be sent, and new sales opportunities identified when the meeting was completed.
