  • Record Type improvement on New record creation
We have improved the behavior on new records and cloned contacts. If the record type is changed the layout of the new contact screen will also change, if needed.

There are now separate options to allow this for Phone and Desktop in the Default System Settings.

  • Addition of setting for time picker minute interval in the calendar

  • Carriage return key was not working to select a value
Carriage return/Enter key now works again for selecting a lookup list value

  • Remote GoldMine Service not stopping on updates and upgrades.
The service wasn’t stopping fast enough on updates and upgrades, causing errors.

    Message:
Remote GoldMine Service Upgrade error (build: 1.729):
An error occured while executing action [FileSystem_DeleteDirectory( [recursive: yes] ,[progressamount: 10] ,[path: C:\Program Files (x86)\W-Systems\Remote GoldMine Service\bin] ,[description: Unzipping...] )]

wMobile Open Questions & Answers

A: We are committed to adding projects to the Desktop version of wMobile, but still have not committed to a firm date on our product roadmap.

  2. Q: I notice more attention being paid to SugarCRM in W-Systems marketing, particular the website. Is that the new direction for W-Systems?
A: W-Systems has been providing CRM options and expertise for almost two decades. We continuously strive to assess a variety of CRM systems to best serve our clients, our current preferences being GoldMine and SugarCRM.

We offer a wealth of wMobile resources that can be accessed from our wMobile Product Page on our website including:
