wMobile Desktop offers lots of features and functionalities that can reduce time and increase your daily productivity. By creating a few different document templates you won't have to start from scratch and keep repeating the same actions. Learn how to create a document template in wMobile Desktop in the following tutorial.
Select Documents from the toolbar.
Select the icon to create a New document template as highlighted in yellow. Or select File and New Template as highlighted in green.
Create the letter template. A date can be inserted from the Insert menu. Select the date format of your preference.
GoldMine fields can be inserted, such as the Name, Title and Address.
When the letter is completed, select Save Template from the File menu.
Give the template a descriptive name and click OK.
It will then appear on the list of templates.
It will also be available for selection when you select Merge Document to create a letter.
