SugarCRM Receives a Top Grade from Forrester

SugarCRM had some good analyst coverage by Forrester recently. The product was named a leader in The Forrester Wave™: CRM Suites for Midsize Organizations, Q3 2012 report. Forrester noted SugarCRM’s offering for its strong usability, mobile support, and sales functionality. The Forrester Wave report is proof of SugarCRM’s strength, innovation, and on-going customer success.

William Band, Vice President, Principal Analyst of Application Development and Delivery, and author of the Forrester report states, “Key strengths of the SugarCRM Enterprise Edition include low application and implementation costs and strong internationalization support, usability, and sales functionality. Compared with other CRM vendors, SugarCRM offers sound support for mobile CRM.”
