SugarCRM Achieves High Ranks on Usability

SugarCRM had some good analyst coverage by Forrester recently. The product was named a leader in The Forrester Wave™: CRM Suites for Midsize Organizations, Q3 2012 report. Forrester noted SugarCRM’s offering for its strong usability, mobile support, and sales functionality. The Forrester Wave report is proof of SugarCRM’s strength, innovation, and on-going customer success.

William Band, Vice President, Principal Analyst of Application Development and Delivery, and author of the Forrester report states, “Key strengths of the SugarCRM Enterprise Edition include low application and implementation costs and strong internationalization support, usability, and sales functionality. Compared with other CRM vendors, SugarCRM offers sound support for mobile CRM.”

SugarCRM was evaluated as being: a multi-functional CRM application suite, a solution suitable for large organizations with complex requirements, a solution targeted to multiple industries, a high ROI, and a solution suitable to midsize organizations.

SugarCRM is dedicated to being a collaborative CRM tool with a crowd-source approach that leads the marketing in delivering customizable solutions strongly aligned with users’ needs. It is both highly functional and flexible, and much more cost efficient than tools like Salesforce.

We believe that SugarCRM’s versatility and modernity is key to its current Forrester ranking. SugarCRM gives the enterprise control over the tool, rather than demanding that you follow a certain set of guidelines dominated by a non-flexible, closed software environment. SugarCRM works the way you work, by allowing you to mold the system to your requirement and by providing connectors to other popular tools such as GoToMeeting, WebEx, social media sites, Google Docs, and more.
