At SugarCon 2017, we had the chance to see SugarCRM Hint 2.0 in action. Hint is the debut product in the new SugarCRM Relationship Intelligence product line, which automates the gathering of vast amounts of customer information by only requiring a name and email address. In version 1.0, SugarCRM Hint provided Contact Information on a record, Company Information, Social Links and CRM Activity History.

While still requiring only a name and email address, the relationship intelligence service will now include easy-to-use and useful features, and offer more in-depth information on the record and its company:
In addition, SugarCRM Hint will be launching in three new countries: Canada, UK, and the Netherlands.
While at SugarCon, we also got a sneak peek at the future additions to SugarCRM Hint, such as updating a record’s contact information (i.e. when a record’s job title has been updated), checking for alternate email addresses, and checking for existing accounts in your Sugar instance.
SugarCRM Hint is compatible with Sugar 7.8 and newer releases. It is available for an introductory price of $15 per user, per month for unlimited customer data. For more information on SugarCRM Hint 2.0 features, enhancements and fixes, read the release notes.
