Questions & Answers

  1. Q: Can wMetrics capture KPIs from time periods in the past?
A:  Yes. The latest version of wMetrics includes this feature.

  2. Q: Can wMetrics be displayed on mobile?
A:  Currently, the first release version of wMetrics can only display dashlets on desktop. Mobile compatibility is included in our product roadmap.

  3. Q: Can wMetrics handle fiscal years and quarters?
A: Yes. For instance, if your fiscal year ends on a specific day and month, you can define custom time periods so that wMetrics reflects your company policies.

  4. Q: Do you have to be a Sugar Admin to set up the KPIs?
A: You do not, but you need a Sugar Administrator to create the Metrics module that stores the KPIs using the Module Builder. The rest of the modules are role-based, so you can give access to whoever needs to view or create KPIs.

  5. Q:Can we print the charts?
A: You can. Each chart includes the option to copy an image of the chart to the clipboard. When you use that option, a URL to that image is copied to your clipboard, that can be pasted in email clients, for instance. You can also download that image in PNG format if you need a local copy, or need to print it
