Q: How much does the solution cost?
A: Our solution starts at $65/user/month. In terms of the RamQuest Integration, there is a small transaction fee every time you close an order inside the CRM system.

Q: How did your team figure out what features to build into the solution?
A: It all started while we were talking to some of our customers—they were already using RamQuest and they were really frustrated with getting the data in their CRM. As we saw an opportunity, we evaluated the market and thought that this might be a good market for us. Six months later, we built a relationship with RamQuest we are an official RamQuest partner now. They’ve been great in helping us connect CRM to RamQuest and in 6 months, we got a fully configured CRM solution for the Title industry that is specific to your workflow. The solution handles all the things you would expect it to handle, anything you might want to keep track of - orders, customer relationships, buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, attorneys, etc. - you can now do that in one spot.
Q: Can I build out dashboards myself?
A: Absolutely. Users can build their own dashboards—the interface has drag-and-drop functionality, and is very user-friendly. You don’t have to be a software developer to build a dashboard.
Q: Can I limit who has access to building reports?
A: Yes. We talked to organizations of various sizes and domains, and some want a completely open system for everybody to have the visibility into, others are separated by teams or regions or branches.
We can lock records down to the field level. If there is a sensitive data field that you might want to restrict, you can restrict it for everybody except the one person that needs to access that field. The system can be as open or as tightly knitted as you want.
Q: Is the SMS a component of the integration, or only emails?
A: Yes, It is certainly possible to send and automate text messages from within the CRM.
