  1. Q: When do you think the best time to send an email is?
    A: It depends on the recipient’s persona and their behavior. For instance, a CEO is most likely to engage at 6 am, while engineers, known for working late hours, will probably not even see your email this early.
    It is also important to send out an email campaign based on the recipients’ timezones since sending an email at 8 AM Eastern would mean that someone from the West Coast would receive it at 5 am.
  2. Q: How hard is it to create these emails?
    A: It is not difficult at all. Within the Act-On platform, you can create emails very easily, as our composer uses drag-and-drop functionality, and offers a very intuitive interface.
