No, this is a one price model. So there is no additional cost for the Outlook plug-in or for the SugarCRM Mobile application. They are both standard.
Yes. Sugar is completely configurable through the user interface so as part of the deployment we'll work with you to show you how we're actually making the customization through UI and with the first deployment should you feel the need that you'd like to create a field or change some type of layout, you have the ability to do that.
As Chris had mentioned earlier Sugar is multilingual and currently ships with 38 languages out of the box (as of Sugar 7.8). Spanish is one of them, and it simply does all the translations on the back end.
So as part of our SmartStart implementation it depends on the complexity of the deployment, what we're converting from, is it a Legacy system or something that's homegrown in-house ... based on these factors deployment lengths can vary. We're happy to work with you to set an estimate on what that would be. But if we're starting from scratch, usually inside of any business process we should be up and running within four weeks.
I'm assuming that's in reference to the wDocs document templates and the answer is none, there are no limits. They're simply word documents that load into Sugar, categorized however you'd like. Again, the document form is a custom template so you can categorize those documents as you'd like and it is unlimited to the number that you can have.
