Nope. Sugar is one price, pure model. The Outlook plug-in and mobile access, both from your mobile device, and your iPad is part of your subscription fee
Both Android and iOS platforms are supported.
As part of the deployment process, we will work with your local administrator to show them how they're able to augment the system and have the ability to create your fields and customizations to the platform. It is important to point out that in Sugar, the customizations are done through the user interface, so you don't need to be a SQL or a PHP programmer. Simply by taking the proper training, you'll be able to augment the system how you see fit.
Yes, Sugar ships with over 35 languages. The ability to support localized language is part of the platform. Inside of that, there may be some translations that need to be done on certain drop-down values, but the labels themselves will translate as part of the language pack files.
Yes, Sugar is launching their Mach1, their Data Enrichment product which will use LinkedIn profiles, Twitter and Facebook handles to tie in all the social media content directly within Sugar.
There is a third-party product called Riva that is used when Apple Mail is in play.
