TrustSphere provides previously unavailable levels of insight into the true activity between your organization and your customer/prospects.
By analyzing email and voice interactions (never the content, just the interactions) and then automatically pushing the resulting analytics into Sugar, the entire sales management process is transformed.
TrustSphere is $15/user/month with a minimum of 10 users.
TrustSphere includes TrustVault, a service that logs your email metadata. Note that TrustVault does not access attachments, subjects, or email content. The data that’s stored pertains to email senders and receivers, and the send dates.
TrustSphere works with Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 for both On-Premise and Cloud. It doesn’t matter what client you use to send emails from since the messages get router to your exchange server to capture contacts that are not in Sugar and display them. TrustSphere is client agnostic, therefore it doesn’t matter what client or device you send emails from., As long as it’s being funneled to the exchange server, you can capture it.
