Managers typically use Sugar to access reports on the people they’re managing. For a sales use case, it could be pulling the forecast, a commission report, or receiving alerts based on a support agent not resolving a case. Sugar is a great tool that helps managers mainly by use of reporting and by receiving alerts and notifications that are important to them.
