The Lead Scoring within Sugar Market is completely flexible, enabling you to set which number values you want or which different pieces are more important to you and your organization. There’s also a lot of customization that you can do for Lead Scoring in Sugar Market. For example, if you have an organization that has multiple product lines and you want to differentiate, Sugar Market enables you to have multiple lead scoring profiles.
From a sales point of view, you can reset your lead score after a certain period. This way, if somebody comes in as a hot lead, but if they’ve done nothing else over a period of time, you get the organic view of how that person’s engagement looks now as opposed to over a period of time.
We are using a SugarBPM process in Sugar to assign leads in a round-robin fashion, but there are other ways to assign leads, including skill-based routing, anything from assignment values region or territories, from very complex to simple round routing.
Sugar Market can also let you assign leads based on field values, form submissions, campaigns, and more.
