Sugar is in the cloud and so is your file storage provider. Why are they not working together?

In this webinar, we showcased how wDrive enables users to access Dropbox, Google Drive, and OneDrive directly in Sugar, eliminating the need to switch back and forth between your CRM and file sharing platform.

Thank you to everyone who participated in this meeting! Below is the video recording of the meeting, general notes as well as the questions & answers.

Access All Your Cloud Files from Sugar Q&A

My organization uses a different file share system. Can wDrive work with that?

The core functions of wDrive connect to Google Drive, OneDrive and Dropbox, but if you do have a separate cloud storage platform that you’re interested in connecting to wDrive, we are happy to talk about your use case and will come up with a solution for you.

How do the folders work? What if I want to only access a specific folder based on the Account I’m in?

In some instances, you don’t want to have a specific client folder pulled up, you want just a folder to come up when you’re visiting a record. wDrive gives you an opportunity to connect to a specific folder inside of your cloud storage instance that it can connect to each time you come back to that record, so it’s on a record by record basis.

Do I have to get the same number of licenses as I have for Sugar?

Absolutely not. wDrive does not need to match the number of your Sugar licenses. You can get as many licenses as you need.
