Description:

45 minute training on GoldMine's KnowledgeBase,also known as the InfoCenter. This is a great tool which is often under-utilized. The KnowledgeBase can be used to store documentation on use of your customized GoldMine, on company policy, on your product line, press releases, etc. It can be used in conjunction with the Service Center in GoldMine Premium to search for problem resolutions.
