In this 45 minute session we will walk a new user of SugarCRM through the application user interface. We will show how to customize the work environment to suite your needs and we will show how to perform common day to day tasks to get the most out of the application.

We also offer custom training sessions for individuals or teams.  For such custom training we agree on a specific curriculum and training time.  Custom training is performed at your desktop via web conferencing, onsite at your organization or in our Ramsey, NJ training center.  Cost of training is based on an hourly rate of $190 per hour of training and preparation time.

Training with W-Systems

Training is essential to unlock the value of your software investment.

W-Systems offers regularly scheduled training sessions using web conferencing tools.  Every week we offer a variety of classes covering a rotating selection of application topics.  We offer regularly scheduled introduction classes, specialized topic classes and administrator classes.

All web based classes are conducted using Citrix GoToMeeting on a live conference call with an experienced trainer.

All classes are available as either a pay as you go per person per class or included in a corporate training contract.  Our corporate training contract delivers all our training to all your organizations users for a period of one year for one flat fee.
