wMobile 1.9 Released with support for remote document access

    Ramsey, NJ - May 11, 2009

RAMSEY, NEW JERSEY – May 11, 2009 - W-Systems announced today the release of version 1.9 of their popular wMobile Mobile CRM product. Version 1.9 adds the ability to retrieve documents stored in the central CRM system on users mobile devices. Version 1.9 also adds the ability to work with new one-to-many detail records, delivers simplified user interfaces, email client enhancements and numerous customer requested functionality enhancements.

With central document support a wMobile customer can enable remote users access to any customer related document on their mobile phone. User can browse documents by type and easily retrieve documents such as customer quotes for viewing on their mobile phone. Since wMobile does not store documents locally but retrieves them on demand from a central server the system overcomes the storage limitations of mobile devices and can deliver the full content of an organizations CRM document repository.

“wMobile 1.9 increases the depth of mobile CRM functionality. wMobile continues to take advantage of a self hosted web based mobile platform to overcome individual telephone device limitations as well as limitations imposed by hosted application providers. Our customers have made investments in their own infrastructure and the wMobile web application allows them to benefit from this investment while still deploying full functionality mobile CRM.” states Christian Wettre, President of W-Systems.

With wMobile 1.9, W-Systems Corp continues to deliver an application that proves that mobile CRM is not only feasible for large organizations with large budgets. With simple installation procedures and a low USD$295 per user license cost, wMobile is accessible to a small organization with just a few users while easily scaling to larger organizations with hundreds of users.
wMobile is sold through an international partner network that can provide local training and customization support.
